Muda L13

Located in Grândola, the Muda L13 residential project was designed to take advantage of the views of a small valley and the natural light, especially from the south and west.

It is characterized by a set of parallelepiped volumes separated from one another and arranged orthogonally. The house’s core, consisting of the bedrooms, kitchen and cinema room, and supports a roof that rests on these volumes, creating an interstitial space that is used for a living room and circulation.

Each transition zone reveals different perspectives of the exterior, giving a constant sense of integration with the surroundings and a light/shadow effect during the day and night. The rooms are similar to each other and have a private patio.

Outside, a series of deck platforms form the passageways connecting the bedrooms and living room. The pool is located on the southern edge to reflect the entire landscape in front and takes advantage of the best sun exposure.
