House in Possanco

The project is characterized by the layout of two single floor rectangular volumes, arranged in parallel. In between they are connected by an exterior patio with a small tank and a covered chill out area. The larger volume corresponds to the main house and the smaller one to a suite and an attached laundry room. Both buildings are in white painted masonry, with a two-sloped roof covered with different materials: old ceramic tiles for the main house; and local straw for the detached house and pergola. Around it there are several wooden decks and round sticks, which contribute to the plot privacy. Simple and frugal atmosphere combines with local material elements that create a relaxed and informal experience, so typical of this particular place.
